Entravison Buys KBMB/Sacramento for $16.1M
Entravision has agreed to acquire Rhythmic CHR KBMB-FM (103.5 The Bomb)/Sacramento from Diamond Radio, headed by Paula Nelson, for $16.1 million. The completed deal will give Entravision a 5-station cluster in Sacaramento, where it also owns Oldies KCCL-FM, Regional Mexican KRCX-FM and Spanish combo KRRE-FM and KCVR-FM.

Salem Acquires KSZZ-AM/Riverside
Salem Communications has agreed to purchase KSZZ-AM (590 khz)/Riverside from Entravison for $6.59 million. Entravision Same Station Q4 Net Revenues Up 26%
Entravision Communications reported fourth quarter net revenues soared 225 percent to $55.7 million from $17.1 million in 1999, driven primarily by the acquisitions of Latin Communications, Z-Spanish Media and Infinity assets. The company noted that the Infinity assets accounted for $30.1 million of the increased revenues.
