Entercom Implements Company-Wide Freeze on Wages


In a 8K filing with the Securities & Exchange Commission, Entercom said it would implement a corporate-wide freeze on wages. President/CEO David Field, Executive VP/CFO Stephen Fisher and Executive VP/General Counsel John C. Donlevie have all agreed to waive 2009 salary increases as called for in their employment agreements. All other terms of their current agreements are unchanged.
