Liberman Broadcasting has agreed to sell Talk KSEV-AM (700)/Houston to Patrick Broadcasting for $6.5 million. The buyer is headed by Texas State Senator and 30-year talk host Dan Patrick (pictured), not to be confused with Sports/Talker of the same name. Patrick has operated the Talk outlet under a Local Marketing Agreement (LMA) since March, 2001.

Patrick also handles an afternoon talk show on KSEV, which is licensed to Tomball, TX, with 15kw days and 1kw nights. Patrick also owns Talk KVCE-AM (1160) in Dallas. (10-27-09)
