Broadcast Leadership Training Pgm to Be Honored

The NAB Education Foundation (NABEF) and House Majority Whip James E. Clyburn (D-SC) will celebrate the Broadcast Leadership Training Program's (BLT) 10th anniversary at a reception held at the U.S. Capitol on November 4. The event will be emceed by WJLA-TV anchorman Leon Harris.
Aimed at increasing diversity in broadcasting, the Broadcast Leadership Training (BLT) program focuses on assessing, purchasing, owning and operating radio and television stations. Established by the NAB Education Foundation in 2001, the program is designed for senior level broadcast radio and television managers seeking to advance as group executives or station owners.
