Bohn and Associates Media is merging with SparkNet Communications, the company behind the Jack FM format, effective January 1. The merger aligns the Canadian broadcast consultancy with SparkNet's "Jack FM" and "Playing What We Want" brands in the United States and Europe. The new SparkNet will run under the direction of Pat Bohn and Garry Wall.

Bohn and Associates Media has been advising clients in programming and ratings since 1985. The firm has been involved in creating Canadian brands that includes CHFI and 680 News Toronto, Q92 Montreal and, of course, Jack FM. (11-02-09)
