Regent Appoints Hoffman as Dir./Interactive Sales

Regent Communications appoints 16-year industry vet Ben Hoffman to the newly-created position of Director of Interactive Sales. Previously, he has been with Clear Channel Radio in a variety of management roles for the past 8 years. Most recently, he was Director of Sales for Clear Channel/Dayton, OH, where he led interactive and traditional revenue growth efforts.

Regent VP/Technology and Digital Media Larry Downes commented, "Mr. Hoffman will be responsible for Regent's overall Interactive sales effort with an eye on facilitating continuing rapid Interactive growth and success in our markets. This appointment enhances one of Regent's primary objectives of not just being the leading radio operator in our markets, but also the leading media company."

Hoffman will also be a resource for Regent's general managers, sales managers and interactive AE's with regard to all Interactive sales initiatives.
