Karla Moore and Craig Morrison, former morning personalities at CHR KHTE-FM (K-Hits 96.5)/Little Rock, have filed a lawsuit against Crain Media Group where they were known as Craig & Sam. In federal court, the duo claimed they weren't paid for working overtime and are suing for back pay and unspecified damages, reports ArkansasBusiness.com.
Both Moore and Morrison, who worked for K-Hits from September, 2010, to November, 2011, allege that they were frequently required to work outside of their regular work hours but were not paid for overtime. They also allge that they were both fired when they started reporting the actual hours worked.
Amber Schubert, the attorney representing Moore and Morrison told Outtakes that fair labor standards require that everyone must be paid time and a half for work done more than 40 hours in a week.
