Community Completes Buy of KYLF-FM/Kansas City

Community Broadcasting has completed the acquisition of the assets of KYLF-FM/Kansas City (licensed to Adrian, MO) from Calvary Chapel of Kansas City. The 30kw non-commercial FM outlet is licensed to use 88.9 FM and is currently off the air. A conrtruction permit was issued in April and expires later this month. Bill Lytle of Media Services Group's Kansas City office represented the buyer in the transaction. (05-02-12)
