Entercom, Forever and Seven Mountain Deals Close

Entercom Communications has closed on their purchase of WBT-AM (1110), WBT-FM (99.3), WLNK-FM (107.9) and WFNZ-AM (610)/Charlotte from Beasley Broadcast Group for $24 million. Entercom is led by David Field and Beasley is headed by Caroline Beasley.
Forever Media has closed on its previously announced purchase of 12.5kW AC WCEI-FM (96.7) and 4.6kW WINX-FM (94.3)/Easton, MD (serving Salisbury-Ocean City) from First Media for $6.5 million. Forever Media is led by Kirby Confer and Donald Alt.
Seven Mountains LLC has closed on five radio outlets in Pennsylvania from First Media Radio LLC for $4.5 million cash. Included in the deal were 28kW WOWQ-FM (102.1)/Du Bois, 1.7kW WQYX-FM (93.1)/Clearfield, 1.5 kW WZDB-FM (95.9)/Sykesville, 4.3kW WZDD-FM (101.3)/Strattanville and 500w WCPA-AM (900)/Clearfield. First Media Radio is headed by COO Alex Kolobielski, while Seven Mountains is headed by President Kristin Cantrell.
Michael J. Bergner of Bergner & Co. was the exclusive broker the Entercom transaction while representing Forever Media and Seven Mountains in each of their respective transactions.
