Triton Digital Releases the February Top 20 Ranker

Triton Digital has released its monthly Top 20 Ranker for February. The Ranker is a listing of the top-performing digital audio stations and networks measured by the Webcast Metrics audience measurement platform, accredited by the Media Rating Council. Total listening for clients measured in February showed 5.26 million Average Active Sessions weekdays from 6am-8pm, and 4.43 million AAS during Monday-Sunday 6am-midnight.

Top 40 (CHR) format shows largest gain at 4.8% increase. When compared to January 2017, the CHR format showed the largest listening gains with a 4.85 percent increase in AAS during the Monday through Friday 6am to 7pm daypart, followed by AC and News/Talk.

Washington DC showed the largest gain at 12.2% increase. Looking at the top 15 Markets as compared to January, 2017, Washington DC showed the largest listening gain with a 12.2 percent increase in AAS during the Monday through Friday 6am to 7pm daypart.

Year-over-year listening shows consistent growth. Total listening for all publishers showed positive listening gains when compared to January 2017, with a 11.24 percent increase in AAS during the Monday through Friday 6am to 8pm daypart, and 11.57 percent increase during the Monday through Sunday 6am to midnight daypart.
