AGM to Acquire Four in Albuquerque from Univision

American General Media has agreed to acquire four outlets in Albquerque from Univision Corp. Terms were not immediately disclosed. Included in the deal are 100kW Rhythmic CHR KKSS-FM (97.3), 20kW Classic Rock KIOT-FM (102.5), 3.7kw Regional Mexican KJFA-FM (101.3) and 100kW Rhythmic AC KKRG-FM.
In order to comply with FCC ownership rules, AGM will simultaneously sell Albuquerque stations KAGM-FM to VCY America Inc., KDLW-FM to BB Broadcasting LLC, KJFA-FM to Vanguard Media LLC and donate KHFM-FM to KHFM Community Partners, which will convert the broadcasting license to non-commercial.
