Connoisseur Media Sells Waterbury CT Duo for $260K

Connoisseur Media has agreed to sell 1kW Talk WWCO-AM (1240) and 99W FM translator W292FI-FM (CP)/Waterbury, CT, to Parthenon Holdings and Trignition Media for $260,000. Connoisseur is headed by President Jeff Warshaw and Executive VP/CFO Michael O. Driscoll. Connoisseur Media owns other stations in Northeast Metro markets. Earlier this week, it announced it would sell sell five stations in Connecticut, including WDRC-AM and FM/Hartford, to Red Wolf Broadcasting Corp. for $8 million.
The buyer is headed by David Webster and also owns WRYM-AM and W297BT, both licensed to New Britain, CT. Dick Kozacko of Kozacko Media Services brokered the deal.
