Potomac Radio Group to Acquire Two in Washington DC

Potomac Radio Group has agreed to acquire 50kW Asian WCRW-AM (1190)/Leesburg, VA and 50kW International WUST-AM (1120)/Washington, DC, from Potomac Radio, LLC and New World Radio Inc., respectively. Both outlets serve Washington DC and Baltimore areas. Terms were not immediately disclosed.
The sellers are headed by Trustees Alan Pendleton and Dick Aronoff. Both Potomac and New World have no other broadcast interests. Potomac Radio Group is a Virginia-based corporation and owns no other radio stations.
