Salem Communications has agreed to purchase KSZZ-AM (590 khz)/Riverside from Entravison for $6.59 million. At the same time, the Christian radio broadcaster is selling KEYZ-AM (1240 khz) there to Hi-Favor Broadcasting for $4 million. Even though both stations are 1 kw, Salem is essentially trading up for the better coverage of a lower frequency. Entravision owns no others stations in the market.
