Classic Rock KZEP-FM San Antonio returns veteran morning personality John Lisle to the San Antonio airwaves from 6-10am beginning March 4. Lisle previously worked for crosstown Cox Media Group's KISS-FM, where he was the Active Rock's longtime morning man. KZEP also announced that longtime station fixture Craig "Crash" Chambers will take afternoons.
"We're extremely pleased to welcome John Lisle to the KZEP family," said OM Paula Newell. "John has a great ability to connect with listeners and has a rich history here in San Antonio. He will definitely give KZEP listeners the jumpstart they need to get the day rolling."
"We are thrilled to unveil the new KZEP line up. John Lisle is a legendary voice in the market and Crash will continue to keep listeners entertained on a daily basis in the afternoons," said Market President Breeanna Malik. "We know this will be a win for both listeners and advertisers alike."
