Logan & Lisa Debut on WNCV Mornings
RADIO ONLINE | Tuesday, September 2, 2014 |
Cumulus Fort Walton/Destin debuted a new morning show, Logan & Lisa, today on AC-formatted WNCV/COAST 93.3. The show features the talents of newly named WNCV Program Director and morning personality Logan and co-host Lisa, who comes to mornings from middays on sister station WYZB/NASH-FM 105.5. Lisa also did mornings on the station prior to adding America's Morning Show.
Logan began programming COAST 93.3 for Cumulus last month, after 14 years at Clear Channel where, for the last eight years, he was Morning Host/Assistant Program Director and Music Director for WISX/Mix106.1 in Philadelphia. Logan's previous tours of duty include Z100 in New York City, Q102 in Philadelphia, and KDMX in Dallas. He has worked in various formats including CHR, Hot AC, Rhythmic AC and Classic Hits.
Lisa has been with Cumulus Fort Walton since 2001 and on-air with WYZB/NASH-FM 105.5 for six years, where she was morning personality prior to the launch of America's Morning Show. Listeners relate to Lisa's stories about marriage, kids, and everyday life as a working woman. She loves helping area charities through promotions benefiting local schools and organizations including the American Heart Association, the American Cancer Society, and Healthy Start.
Pete DeSimone, Regional Vice President for Cumulus said, "Logan & Lisa offer the Fort Walton Beach/Destin market a fresh perspective in the mornings and compelling content not currently available for the AC audience."
Logan said, "We'll play a lot of music, but have some fun, too-- with new features including "3 Fun Things", "Brain Freeze", "Secret Celebrity", "Today's Top Things" and a socially interactive Facebook Flashback feature on Fridays."
