Entravison Brings Back "Hero Rocks" In El Paso


Four months after flipping Alternative KHRO-FM (94.7 Hero Rocks)/El Paso to "Super Estrella," Entravision's Spanish-language CHR format, the format returns to co-owned KIBV-AM (1650), which is converting to HD Radio. GM David Candelaria says Entravision was pressured to bring Hero back after receiving thousands of e-mails from listeners. Hero is also streaming it's signal online at www.herorocks.com.
