Fisher Communications promotes Robert I. Dunlop to Senior VP/Operations, overseeing the company's 28 broadcast properties. He will continue to head Fisher's digital and technology initiatives. Dunlop joined Fisher in 1991 as OM/PD for its Seattle radio outlets. In 1995, he became VP/Station Manager, and in 1999 was upped to VP/GM before rising to Senior VP.
