CC/Phoenix Hires Tom Duran as KYOT & KOY GSM

Clear Channel/Phoenix hires 28-year radio vet Tom Duran as General Sales Manager for Smooth Jazz KYOT-FM and Adult Standards KOY-AM. Duran most recently was with crosstown Entravision, where he spent eight years as the General Manager for its 3-station cluster. The move marks a return to Clear Channel for Duran, who previously spent five years as a Senior Account Manager for KYOT and KOY.
President/Market Manager Jeff England commented, "I am very pleased to have Tom Duran on the management team. He's an outstanding individual, who brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our clients and staff. He is a perfect fit as GSM of KYOT and KOY."
Director of Sales Linda Little, added, "I am so excited to have Tom Duran join our management team. He brings many years of solid experience and an incredible track record of sales and leadership success in the market to us."
Duran has also managed stations in Dallas. He begins his new duties effective February 9.
