Rick Thomas is exiting Finest City/San Diego at the end of July where he oversaw the programming of XHRM-FM (Magic 92.5) and XHTZ-FM (Z90.3). He's returning to Hawaii for a undisclosed position, but a memo from Finest City CEO Trip Reeb says Thomas will become Director of Programming for a 5-station cluster, and he will continue to consult Finest City.
Thomas joined Finest City's XHTZ-FM/San Diego in July, 2005 from Univision Radio where he was OM of its San Antonio group. Prior to that, Thomas was a consultant with Clifton Radio and Director of Programming for Salem/Honolulu.
