Silver State Closes on Las Vegas Duo for $15.25M

Silver State Communications, headed by Edward R.Stolz, has closed on its deal to acquire Classic Country KBET-AM (790), Country KCYE-FM (104.3) and the intellectual property of Rhythmic CHR KFRH-FM/Las Vegas for $15.25 million from Beasley Broadcast Group. Under the agreement, Silver State gets the signal and frequency of KCYE-FM, but Beasley will retain its Country programming (The Coyote) on KFRH-FM's current dial position at 102.7.
Michael J. Bergner of Bergner & Co. was the exclusive broker for the transaction.
