Bob Richards Joins Emmis/Indianpolis as Cluster OM

20-year veteran programmer Bob Richards is named Operations Manager of Emmis Radio's 4-station group in Indianapolis, including News/Talk WIBC-FM, Soft AC WYXB-FM (105.9), Country WLHK-FM and Sports WFNI-AM (The Fan). Previously, Richards served as PD of crosstown WFMS-FM and OM of Cumulus' cluster there, before leaving in March to launch Pinehurst Productions, a full service video production company.

Richards started his radio career in Indianapolis as parttime air talent with WFMS in 1994, rising to PD of the Country outlet in 1998. He was appointed OM in May, 2008.
