Johnson Resigns From Citadel Media as Dir./Urban


Citadel Media Director of Urban Programming Ken Johnson has resigned, effective October 30. He joined the then ABC Radio Networks in March, 2008, where he was instrumental in the launch of the "Brian McKnight Show." Previously, Johnson served as VP/Urban Programming with Cumulus Broadcasting for nine years, where he oversaw over 25 Urban, Urban AC and Gospel outlets.

Johnson also spent time at WHUR-FM/Washington, DC, with stops in Wilmington, Atlanta and Boston.
