After stunting all weekend as "Halloween 100.3," former Clear Channel Urban KATZ-FM flips to all Christmas music for the holidays at "Christmas 100.3." Market Manager Beth Davis says that KATZ will be spreading its holiday cheer with seasonal favorites from the classics to new releases by top recording artists through Christmas day.

Davis added, "We are thrilled to get the festivities going here in St. Louis by playing our listeners' favorite holiday hits. KATZ-FM will launch a new station after the holidays and we invite radio fans to tune in. We know they'll love what they hear."

When KATZ went in the stunt mode last Friday (10-30), the station's entire air staff was ousted along with PD Taylor J (aka Jill Testerman). A new format is expected to debut by year's end. (11-02-09)
