Salem Appoints Two GM's in Chicago and Seattle

Salem Communications appoints two new General Managers at its groups in Chicago and Seattle. Jeff Reisman is named GM for its Chicago cluster, including WYLL-AM and WIND-AM. He replaces David Santrella, who is now President of the company's radio division.

For the past 5 years Reisman served as General Sales Manager of WIND. In November, 2008, he was promoted to Director of Sales in Chicago. Prior to Salem, Reisman was an Account Executive at crosstown WBBM and in 2002 he became Local Sales Manager at WNND.

Regarding Reisman's promotion, Salem Senior VP Allen Power said, "Jeff has shown incredible leadership skills, mastering both the human dynamics and business acumen that provides for a successful environment."

Additionally, Salem appoints Andrew Adams to General Manager for its Seattle group of stations (KGNW-AM, KKMO-AM, KKOL-AM, KLFE-AM and KNTS-AM). Adams, a 20-year industry vet, most recently served as Senior VP with Mapleton Communications, supervising the Central Valley region.

Adams stated, "Salem Communications is an outstanding radio broadcasting company. I am delighted to be a part of the Salem family and am looking forward to taking the Salem group of radio stations in Seattle to their next level of success."

VP/Western Region Michael Reichert added, "Andrew has the perfect mix of skills and radio experience that we need in Seattle. He will provide us professional leadership and exceptional sales superiority to our Seattle group of radio stations."
