Capitol Launches Fourth All-Sports Station in Raleigh

Capitol Broadcasting/Raleigh has launched its fourth all-Sports radio station as "The Ticket" on WCMC-HD3. The Ticket joins the broadcaster's Sports radio stations in the market including WCMC-FM (99.9 The Fan ESPN Radio), WDNC-AM (620 AM The Buzz) and WCLY-AM (1550 ESPN Deportes). The addition of The Ticket comes with new digital line-up of FM stations for WCMC. They are:

WCMC-HD1, The Fan
WCMC-HD2, The Buzz (simulcast of 620 The Buzz)
WCMC-HD3, The Ticket
WCMC-HD4, ESPN Deportes (simulcast of 1550 WCLY)

Capitol Broadcasting recently installed a higher power HD transmitter that will allows expansion on the HD channels as well as a major digital power increase of all of its digital signals.

99.9 The Fan features the "Adam and Joe Show" each weekday afternoon from 3-7pm, along with "The David Glenn Show" from noon to 3pm. 99.9 HD2 The Buzz is the flagship station for Duke University Athletics. It airs all football games, men's and women's basketball games and ancillary programming. It features Mark Thomas and Mike Maniscalco in mornings. 99.9 HD3 The Ticket features programming from Yahoo!
