2013 Lexus LS Models Include HD Radio as Standard
RADIO ONLINE | Monday, August 6, 2012 |
Lexus announced this week that its 2013 LS flagship models will come standard with HD Radio and iTunes tagging. The 2013 LS joins the Lexus family, including the ES, GS, RX, and LX, which already offer HD Radio. The Toyota brand also offers HD Radio on most vehicles and all Scion models include the technology as standard equipment. HD Radio technology is now available as a factory installed feature from 28 automotive brands.
Automakers are continuing to embrace HD Radio at a rapid pace, offering consumers a variety of new stations in digital sound, including on-screen information that displays song titles and artist names, and iTunes tagging feature which enables listeners to tag songs for later download and purchase through iTunes.
