Colorado State Joining Forces with 105.5 ESPN Radio

Sports KJAC-FM (105.5 ESPN)/Fort Collins-Greeley, CO, inks a new five-year partnership with Nelligan Sports Marketing to become the flagship station for Colorado State University football and men's and women's basketball beginning July 1, 2013. Football and men's basketball, and select women's games, will also air on co-owned Sports KDSP-FM (102.3 ESPN)/Denver.

"This is an important step for Colorado State Athletics to deliver our product to our fans," said Nelligan Sports Marketing and Front Range Sports Network Director of Athletics Jack Graham. "Partnering with 105.5 ESPN and the Colorado State Radio Network through Nelligan Sports Marketing will provide our fans throughout Colorado not only our game broadcasts but additional programming, news and promotions year-round."

The new partnership includes live coverage on 105.5 FM ESPN Radio in Denver, for all football and men's basketball games, and selected women's games. Additionally, 105.5 ESPN will carry all weekly football coach's shows during the fall, and basketball coaches' shows during the winter.

"105.5 ESPN is proud to be partnered with CSU athletics," said 105.5 ESPN GM Tom Manoogian. "We are excited to be part of the vision that the University has for its athletics and we look forward to bringing the broadcasts to the Front Range!"

Network coverage in football will include a two-hour pre-game show, as well as a one-hour post-game show, featuring interviews with Jim McElwain and members of his squad. Ram fans will hear McElwain's comments live from the locker room after each game, as well as player interviews.

Basketball coverage will also be extensive, including 30-minute pregame and postgame shows. Men's coach Larry Eustachy will be featured before and after every game, as well as interviews with Ram players.
