After 22 years on the air together, 101 WRIF Morning Personalities Drew Lane and Mike Clark said goodbye to listeners today in Detroit. The longtime morning duo, along with longtime news person Trudi Daniels, took calls from listeners and past on-air contributors from 6am-11:30am during their final show on the radio station.
"They have been a big part of WRIF-FM's legendary history in the Motor City," said Greater Media Detroit Market Manager Steve Chessare. "They are true professionals and a class act. We wish them the very best." WRIF-FM Afternoon Drive Personality Meltdown will temporarily assume morning show duties on the air until an announcement is made regarding a new morning show in the near future.
