Bill Pugh Named KFOG & KSAN/San Francisco OM


Bill Pugh is named Operations Manager for Cumulus AAA KFOG-FM and Classic Rock KSAN-FM (107.7 The Bone)/San Francisco. He'll also serve as Program Director for KFOG. The 30-year veteran programmer was most recently with Clear Channel as OM in San Diego. Prior to joining the CCME cluster in 2008, he served as PD of Sporting News Radio, and before that Pugh was VP/Programming for The Broadcast Companies of America in San Diego.

Previously, Pugh was Director of AM Programming for Jacor/Clear Channel in San Diego and ran the day-to-day operations of "XTRA Sports 690."

Pugh said, "I am very excited to join the Cumulus team and looking forward to all the opportunities to expand the brand in San Francisco." Pugh assumes the position effective immediately.
