Oasis Radio Group's CHR WJFX-FM (HOT 1079)/Fort Wayne, IN, will donate $1.00 from all future Social Music Festival ticket sales to the victims of the Oklahoma tornado. The next event on June 14 features artists in social media, headlined by Jake Miller and Emblem3. The show will also feature American Idol finalist, Jessica Sanchez, Cimorelli, Madilyn Bailey, P. Sanders, Tion Phipps, Dylan Holland, Alabama Capital and Alex Angelo.
GM Phil Becker said, "The Oklahoma tragedy weighs heavy on our hearts. We are hopeful that by using the passion behind HOT 1079 and these amazing artists, together we can offer a small bit of help in a most horrific time."
In total the artists of the Social Music Festival have generated over 616 million views on YouTube and 3.2 million Twitter followers. Oasis Radio Group hopes that enormous social reach can make a difference in OKC.
