Ernie Fears Appointed GSM of WRQX-FM in DC

Cumulus Media announces that Ernie Fears has been named General Sales Manager of WRQX-FM in Washington, D.C. Fears is a radio veteran with 25 years experience in the Washington, D.C. market. He was previously Director of Agency Sales for CBS Radio in Washington, D.C., and has held General Sales Manager positions with CBS Radio in Washington, D.C., and with 630 WMAL, also in D.C. Prior to that, Fears was Local Sales Manager of WMAL. He holds a B.S. degree from Hampton Institute and an MBA from Howard University.
