Cumulus Youngstown Earns President's Cup Award

Cumulus announces that it has awarded its President's Cup to the company's eight-station group in Youngstown, OH. The award is in recognition for the stations' achieving best overall performance for the second quarter of 2014 across all 90 Cumulus radio markets. Each quarter, the highest-performing Cumulus market is honored with the traveling President's Cup trophy, along with a cash prize of $10,000 that is distributed across the stations' staff.
VP/Market Manager Rick Parrish said, "I am very proud of the success our Youngstown sales team, programming team and support staff have achieved with our eight radio stations that serve northeast Ohio and Pennsylvania. Our team set the goal to bring the Cumulus President's Cup to Youngstown, and through hustle and hard work, we did it!"
Executive VP/Co-COO Jon Pinch added, "The team in Youngtown has performed at record levels this year and is well deserving of this award. To win the President's Cup requires contribution from every person at every level in the cluster. Congratulations, Cumulus Youngtown."
