Chris King Takes PD/Mornings at WMIM/Monroe MI

Cumulus Toledo/Monroe has appointed Chris King as Program Director and Morning Show Host for My 98.3 WMIM. Chris was formerly Assistant Program Director and Promotions Director for WCKY-FM in Findlay, OH. He has also held on-air positions with Blanchard Valley Broadcasting at 100.5 FM WKXA and 106.3 The Fox, and most recently, was an announcer for 107.7 The Wolf. Chris is a graduate of Bowling Green State University with degrees in Telecommunications and Political Science. King's appointment is effective immediately.
"After a lengthy search in which we wanted to make sure that we were engaging just the right person, we are very excited to have Chris King as the new PD/Morning Show Host for My 98.3," said Andy Stuart, Regional Vice President and Market Manager for Cumulus Toledo. "Monroe is a great place and Chris is dedicated to bringing great programming, promotion and public service to Southeast Michigan."
King said, "I am very excited to be joining Cumulus Toledo/Monroe and to program My 98.3. I am also looking forward to working with the very talented staff. I cannot wait to get started!"
