Wittmayer Named Cumulus/San Francisco VP/MM

Cumulus appoints Justin Wittmayer as Vice President/Market Manager for the company's San Francisco cluster. Wittmayer was most recently Vice President/Sales for Clear Channel Miami. Prior to that, he was GSM for Clear Channel San Francisco, MM for Clear Channel San Jose, and DOS for Clear Channel San Jose.
