Bobby Bones Named to 2015 Class of Pink Tie Guys

Susan G. Komen for the Cure has named Bobby Bones to their 2015 class of Pink Tie Guys for his efforts to help make a difference in the fight against breast cancer. The Pink Tie program honors influential leaders who help mobilize, energize and engage audiences in the breast cancer movement through their role within the community, within their organizations and through their personal involvement.

Bones has been a long-time supporter of Susan G. Komen. "The Bobby Bones Show" recently raised $50,000 for the charity as part of an on-air bet with two-time Academy of Country Music "Top Male Vocalist" Jason Aldean, who agreed to play a charity show with Bones' band The Raging Idiots if the show could raise the money.

The 2014 Pink Tie Guys will be honored at the Pink Tie Party on February 24, at Jonathan's Green Hills in Nashville.
