LDR Interactive Becomes Futuri Media, Adds Parsons

LDR Interactive has become Futuri Media, while bolstering its management team with two appointments. Media and technology industry veteran Brian Parsons joins Futuri Media as Chief Information Officer, having served as an Executive VP for iHeartMedia and Triton Digital Media. Parsons and Chief Technology Officer Brian Seeders, a founding team member, will lead product innovation and software development. Veteran broadcast engineer Craig Bowman also has joined Futuri Media as VP/Support.
The newly named company brings several media technology assets under its banner including the LDR (Listener Driven Radio) interactive programming platforms: LDR1 voting window technology and Takeover, which is airing on more than 400 stations and networks in 11 countries. Plus, TopicPulse, a real-time social media measurement system for newsrooms and content producers, as well as Futuri Mobile, which designs custom mobile features and apps for broadcasters.
Futuri Media CEO/Co-Founder Daniel Anstandig said, "We rebranded as Futuri Media and expanded our leadership team to reinforce our commitment to innovation.
