Westwood One hires two veteran sales executives in its Midwest office. Zack Ficke joins the company as VP/Strategic Partnerships, while Kelli Hurley comes on board as VP/National Partnerships & Digital Activation, Midwest. Both are based in Chicago and report to Executive VP/Midwest Sales Doug Johnston. Ficke, Hurley and Johnston are reuniting, having all recently crossed over from Premiere Networks.

"I am thrilled to be back together with these two very talented sales individuals," said Johnston. "They will be instrumental as we build a customer-centric Midwest Region."

Ficke spent the past seven years as a National Account Manager with Premiere Networks. Previously, he served as National Account Manager at SiriusXM. Before embarking on his media sales career, Ficke handled various sales and account management roles for Marriott's Vacation Club division and IT consulting firm, Apex Systems.

Hurley is a 10-year network radio veteran, beginning her career in Los Angeles managing clients and agencies for Premiere Networks, United Stations, and Westwood One. In 2011, Kelli transitioned from network radio to digital audio as a Director of Sales for TargetSpot. Most recently, Kelli worked at Premiere Networks as a National Account Manager.

"I am thrilled to join the Westwood One sales team in this new role," said Hurley. "Westwood One's digital platforms are incredibly dynamic and they offer highly engaging experiences to consumers and advertisers alike. I look forward to leading Westwood One's digital efforts in the Midwest while continuing to service clients and agencies in the network radio marketplace."

Ficke said, "Marketers are increasingly seeking experiential, cross-platform marketing solutions that are both innovative and engaging. Westwood One is uniquely positioned to meet this demand with national scale and local activation opportunities across an impressive array of programming. I'm ecstatic to be joining such an accomplished sales organization and I look forward to working more closely with the entire sales organization."
