AdLarge Media Ups Ilwira Marciszek, Stephanie Vance

AdLarge Media has promoted two of its managers to reflect expanded responsibilities. Ilwira Marciszek (pictured left) is elevated to Director of Ad Operations from Senior Manager and Stephanie Vance becomes Director of Revenue Planning & Development from Manager of Business Operations.
Marciszek is a digital advertising operations specialist and a driving force in building AdLarge's digital operations since its inception, while managing operational relationships with digital publishers. Combining technical proficiency with creative ability, Marciszek also leads the design of AdLarge's website.
Vance's role spans both advertising sales and content partnerships across network radio, digital, and mobile platforms. With a strategic and analytic mindset, she works closely with the executive team to maximize the revenue success of content partnerships. She also manages AdLarge's portfolio to build creative sales planning packages that focus on advertiser and marketplace needs.
