Scott Hopeck Named iHM/New York President

iHeartMedia announced today that Scott Hopeck has been named President of its New York market, effective immediately. He is a 20 year media veteran with extensive experience in digital, sports, marketing and revenue and will report to Hartley Adkins, Executive Vice President of Operations for iHeartMedia.
Hopeck has been with iHeartMedia for more than 10 years, most recently serving as Market President for iHeartMedia Phoenix. He also previously served as Senior Vice President of Sales for iHeartMedia Atlanta and General Manager of the company's Braves Radio Network. Prior to iHeartMedia, Hopeck held positions at CBS Radio and Viacom.
"Scott's unique skills and experience in digital and technology are perfect for the evolution of this market from traditional media to world-class multiplatform media with a tremendous impact on advertisers," said Adkins. "Additionally, his sports and MLB experience is ideal for the important and unique opportunities we have in New York."
