Clemson Extends WTPT Deal, Adds ESPN Upstate


Entercom's WTPT-FM (93.3 The Planet)/Greenville-Spartanburg and Learfield Sports' Clemson Tiger Sports Properties ink a two-year extension for Clemson Tiger football play-by-play broadcasts. The deal also adds Clemson men's basketball and baseball on 24/7 Sports ESPN Upstate (105.9 FM & 1330 AM in Greenville, 97.1 FM and 950 AM in Spartanburg). 93.3 The Planet has aired Clemson football radio for over 10 years.

"We're looking forward to the new addition of ESPN Upstate and providing additional coverage of men's basketball and baseball," said Clemson Director of Athletics Dan Radakovich. "93.3 The Planet has been a trusted partner for many years broadcasting our football games, and we're excited about the new additions to the coming athletic season radio broadcasts."
