Cherry Creek Radio Sells Four in TX for $250K

Cherry Creek Radio has agreed to sell four outlets in Stephenville, TX, to Villecom LLC, headed by Robert S. Elliott Jr., for $1.11 million ($860,000 cash, $250,000 in a 6%, 5-year promissory note). Included in the deal are 7kW Country KSTV-FM (The Mighty 93)/Dublin, TX, 250w Country Gospel KCOM-AM, 32 kW Classic Rock KYOX-FM (94.3 The Ox Rocks)/Comanche and Spanish Variety 500w KSTV-AM (Fiesta 1510).
Also, 11.5kW Christian WBNK-FM (92.7)/Pine Knoll Shores, NC, has been sold by Tower Investment Trust Inc., headed by President William H. Brothers, to Lanser Broadcasting, headed by Presidents Bradley Lanser & Leslie J. Lanser, for $275,000. Hadden & Associates Nationwide Media Brokers acted as the exclusive broker for buyer and seller on this transaction.
