National Radio Hall of Famer Charlie Tuna, who just celebrated the 25th anniversary of his Star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, exits Classic Hits KRTH-FM (K-Earth 101) in Los Angeles, effective August 27, to concentrate on his CharlieTunaSyndication.com company. Tuna and veteran programmer Steve Wall, who heads up Tuna's Operations & Affiliate Relations, will be focusing on 24/7 formats for stations that have lost the content, top talent, music scheduling and customer service.
