RADIO ONLINE | Tuesday, December 1, 2015 |
Arizona Lotus Corporation Classic Rock KLPX-FM/Tucson launches Deep Cuts KLPX-2, an online streaming station at KLPX.com. The new otlet will paly legends of the 60s, like Dylan, the Doors and Jimi Hendrix along with 70s classics from Neil Young, Yes, Rush and David Bowie. KPLX-2 is targeting adults 35-64 with thousands of "Classic Rock songs you won't hear on the radio, with limited commercial interruption."
"I am excited at the response we have gotten so far to KLPX-2. It super-serves that Music Head that wants to hear the songs that don't get a lot of airplay on regular radio anymore, or didn't in the first place. Listening to it will elicit a lot of 'what's that tune,' or 'Wow, I haven't hear that in a long time,'" said KLPX OM Larry Mac.
