RADIO ONLINE | Tuesday, July 26, 2016 |
Radio Advertising Bureau (RAB) has announced the retirement of Senior VP/Research Andy Rainey, effective July 29. Rainey has led the Research team at the RAB for the last 23 years, where she worked on behalf of RAB's members. Andy represented the RAB at various industry research councils including MRC and CRE. Concurrently, VP/Business Development Annette Malave (pictured) is promoted to Senior VP/Insights, effective August 1.
"We have been extremely fortunate to have Andy's research acumen at the RAB, where she's advocated for radio and made us all a lot smarter," said RAB President/CEO Erica Farber. "We're thankful to her for her many years of service and perhaps the early bird we know may just sleep in a bit longer."
"Annette brings a wealth of media knowledge and analytics expertise to this role," added Farber. "I know our members and radio will benefit greatly as she leads the group and represents the RAB across the many research entities we work with on a regular basis."
