iHeartMedia/Charlotte appoints Ryan Petrosso as Senior VP/Sales, effective immediately. Petrosso is a media vet who began his radio career in 2004 at iHM's Providence, RI, cluster, where he rose from Account Executive to General Sales Manager. In 2015, he became GSM for iHM/Charlotte and was responsible for strategic development, account management and finance.

"I am excited to start a new challenge at iHeartMedia," said Petrosso. "It's amazing to be given an opportunity to play a leadership role in a major market like Charlotte, which is filled with incredible talent from sales, digital and programming.
