WCMF-FM/Rochester Taps Michael Gross For PD

Entercom's Classic Rock formatted WCMF-FM, Rochester has hired Michael "Mud" Gross as its new Program Director effective May 15. He replaces Chris Crowley who has been promoted to Entercom's Portland Classic Rocker KGON.
Gross spent the past 12 years at iHeart's WBGG-Miami and WNRQ-Nashville. Prior to that he was PD at WARO in Fort Myers/Naples, morning talent at WDIZ in Orlando, morning talent at WPNT in St. Louis, and morning talent at WHVY in Baltimore.
"I'm thrilled to roll out the rock-n-roll welcome mat for 'Mud' as he joins the WCMF/Entercom team in Rochester," saud Bob Barnett, VP-Programming Entercom/Rochester.
