iHM/Asheville Names Brian Hall SVP/Programming

iHeartMedia appoints Brian Hall as Senior VP/Programming for Asheville, NC, effective immediately. He'll be responsible for spearheading the programming, promotions and digital strategies for all six stations there. Hall has worked in the iHeartMedia Asheville and Greenville markets for 15 years, most recently serving as Program Director for WWNC-AM (News Radio 570) and WPEK-AM (880 The Revolution) in Asheville and WGVL-AM (Fox Sports 1440) in Greenville. His background also includes serving as a LSM for iHeartMedia Asheville and an Affiliation Relations Director for Premiere Networks, where he spent seven years.
"Brian's vast experience in Asheville will really help us continue to dominate the market in every format," said Area President Bill McMartin. "We have an experienced team in Asheville who all have great respect for Brian and his ability to lead our programming efforts."
"Brian's expert leadership skills and market knowledge make him the perfect choice to lead the Asheville team," added iHM Northeast Division Executive VP/Programming Meg Stevens. "We're extremely excited to have him take the reins as our new Senior Vice President of Programming."
