iHM Norfolk Names Angel Brown Market President

iHeartMedia Norfolk appoints Angel Brown as Market President, effective immediately. Brown previously worked as the Market Vice President for Cumulus Media's 4-station cluster in Mobile, AL, where she also served as the Market Manager and Vice President of Sales. Prior to that, Brown was Sales Manager for the company's cluster in Albany, GA. Previously, she worked as an account executive for WALB-TV, a crosstown NBC network affiliate in Albany. Brown also handled AE duties for IKON in Southwest Georgia and East Alabama.
"We are thrilled to have Angel joining our Norfolk group of station brands," said iHeartMedia Virginia-Carolina Region President Dave Carwile. "She combines a proven track record of sales leadership with an understanding of how to integrate client needs with our multimedia platforms. Angel will provide a great complement to our outstanding sales and programming leadership in the market."
