Kenny Jay Named WUSN/Chicago Program Director

Entercom appoints Kenny Jay as Program Director of Country WUSN-FM (US*99)/Chicago reporting to VP/Programming Todd Cavanah, who continues as Program Director of WBBM-FM (B96) and the newly launched WBMX-FM (Jams 104.3 FM). Prior to joining US*99, Jay was the Program Director for Country KMPS-FM/Seattle. In 2012, he joined KMNB-FM in Minneapolis as Assistant Program Director and was later elevated to PD in 2014.
"Kenny has extensive knowledge of the country music market and I'm confident that with him on board, US*99 will continue as the number one choice for Chicago country music fans," said Senior VP/Market Manager Jimmy de Castro.
"US*99 is legendary and I am thrilled to be part of this team of talented individuals," remarked Jay. "I'm thankful for the opportunity and look forward to taking on this new role."
